All returns must be sent back within 3 days.
All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Returns or exchanges for items which do not meet any of the mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you return the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
Any reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable. Usage of points on subsequent purchases will not be awarded for additional points.
How to return?
Step 1: Fill in return form and email to email@example.com
Step 2: Print a copy of the return form and place it along with the item to be returned. Please ensure that it is placed inside its original pouch.
Step 3: Deliver the parcel back to this address: 23, Bethany Road Rolleston, 7614, Selwyn, New Zealand.
Step 4: Upon receiving your returned item in good condition, we will email your credit voucher. This normally takes 2-3 working days.
